Freight is FREE on orders of $50 or more. Just select FedEx Ground during checkout!

Guardhouse will bill actual freight on the following:

Any order for accounts past 30 days

Wholesale Accounts

Freight is FREE on orders of $300 or more.

By default your order will be delivered with a packing slip attached to the first box of the shipment. An invoice will follow in the U.S. Mail. You can ask for "invoice enclosed" and your invoice will be sent with your order.

RETURNS POLICY

You must call for an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number prior to returning any product. Write the RGA number on the outside of your package.

DO NOT SEND returns to the PO Box. No returns after 30 days from invoice date. Annual publications are non-returnable. All returns from merchants in the trade not resulting from a Guardhouse error or manufacturer defect must be like new, in original packaging, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
